Is a JV between Global Media Distribution Services (GMDS) and Polytel International to provide Premium Video Contribution Services to TV channels and network operators. PVSC is building a technical platform starting in Germany and Switzerland to provide TV signals to all major operators in both markets as well as to every other operator in Europe allowing TV channels from all over the world to deliver their channels in high quality to their partners.
